Grapplers policy

Community standards

Effective July 25, 2026

Grapplers exists to connect credible teachers with rooms that need them. These standards apply to applications, requests, profiles, messages, introductions, and in-person visits.

Be accurate

Represent rank, lineage, competition record, coaching experience, affiliations, identity, facility details, attendance, and availability truthfully. Do not manufacture reviews, references, credentials, or demand.

Protect the room

Use appropriate supervision, safe training practices, clean facilities, and clear expectations. Follow local rules and event requirements. Coaches and hosts must identify material safety concerns before a visit.

Respect people

Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, sexual misconduct, retaliation, hazing, or discrimination are not permitted. Respect boundaries and obtain consent before sharing images or personal information.

Keep contact information private

Do not publish or distribute another person’s private contact, location, financial, or identity information without permission. Use introductions for their intended purpose and do not scrape or solicit unrelated services.

Handle conflicts directly and safely

State scheduling, compensation, travel, cancellation, photography, and facility expectations clearly before a visit. If a conflict becomes unsafe, stop the interaction and contact the appropriate local authority when necessary.

Report a concern

Email safety@grapplers.net with the people or route involved, what happened, when it occurred, and any relevant evidence. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may request more detail, restrict a profile or request, preserve records, or refer a matter to the appropriate authority.

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, reject, suspend, or remove a submission or participant based on severity, evidence, pattern, and risk. Pilot access is not guaranteed.
